Free content review FAQs

What happens during the review?

You send me one asset. I spend an hour taking it apart (nicely).

I look for the usual suspects: story drift, mixed messages, unclear value, friction, weak hierarchy, slow copy, and anything that could be costing you clarity, trust or conversions.

Then I send you simple, practical fixes you can use straight away.

Do we need a call beforehand?

A quick 15-minute intro call helps.

You can tell me what the asset should be doing, who it’s for, and what “good” looks like your side.

What kind of content can I send?

Pretty much anything you use to tell your story.

The most useful reviews tend to be:

  • A sales deck (I’ll flag story drift, value gaps, fluff, and slides that aren’t pulling their weight)
  • A landing page (conversion flow, clarity, hierarchy, relevance)
  • A product page (value→proof→action flow, jargon, positioning)
  • A nurture email or short sequence (message clarity, CTA strength, drop-off points)
  • A blog post (structure, argument, readability, not sounding like an LLM)
  • A one-pager (what’s missing/what’s slowing it down)

If you’re not sure, send what’s annoying you the most.

Can I send something broader, like “our whole website”?

Short answer: no.  Long answer: if you point me at a set of pages (e.g., “our top 5 product pages”), I’ll scan for patterns and give you a high-value overview, but the deep-dive is for one asset.

Is there a catch?

No pitch.

No “maybe we should do a big project together.”

No agency-style upsell.

If the feedback helps and you want more, great. If not, you walk away with something useful.

Who is this for?

Busy founders, heads of marketing, PMMs and small teams who know something’s off but don’t have hours to diagnose it.

If you’re moving quickly, shipping often or juggling too many audiences, you’ll get value immediately.

Why is this free?

Simple: people hire me after they see how I think and how I work.

A small, sharp review is the quickest way to show that, and you get something worthwhile even if we never work together.

How long does it take?

Send the asset today, you get the review within 2 business days (usually sooner).

What will I walk away with?
A no-nonsense breakdown of:
what’s working
  • what’s slowing you down
  • what’s confusing buyers
  • what to cut
  • what to tighten
  • what to fix right now

Plus 3–5 specific suggestions you can make immediately.

Can you review sensitive or confidential assets?

Yes.

I work with large enterprise teams all the time. Happy to sign an NDA.
